① Equipment Malfunctions: Abnormal operation of the toner supply motor or toner supply gear; the toner outlet of the cartridge is either not opened or clogged.
② The added toner is incompatible with the machine: Due to the characteristics of Kyocera machines, the added toner must contain a developer. Without a developer, the machine will fail to function properly.
Both types of problems mentioned above will cause the machine to report an error due to a prolonged lack of toner. It is recommended that customers encountering the above issues inspect and clean the relevant components, or replace the toner cartridge with a new one for testing purposes.
