Toner cartridge structure diagram

There are two types of toner cartridges: one is the drum unit-toner unit separated type, and the other is the drum kit-toner kit integrated type. Most HP printer toner cartridges use the drum-toner integrated structure, that is, the toner component and the photosensitive drum component are combined into one. The biggest advantage of the drum-powder integrated structure is that it is easy to install, saves space, and guarantees printing quality.

Following are the main components of HP toner cartridges' toner kit part:

Mag Roller：磁辊； 

Mag Roller Bushing(right)：右磁辊端套；

Mag Roller Bushing(left)：左磁辊端套；

Mag Roller Electrical Contact: 磁辊电触点； 

Seal：密封条；

Pull Tab ：密封条拉环；

Toner Low Sensor Bar： 墨粉少传感器；

Toner Hopper：粉仓；

Toner Agitator Bar Drive Gear：碳粉搅拌轴驱动齿轮；

Doctor Blade: 显影刮板（显影刮刀）；

Plastic Wiper：塑料档片；

Mag Roller Felt：磁辊密封毡；

Hopper cap：粉仓口盖；

Mag Roller Drive Gear：磁辊驱动齿轮； 

Mag Roller stabilizer(left)：磁辊限位器；

Recovery Blade：废粉档片（废粉回收刮板）废粉仓刮板；

Wiper Blade：鼓清洁刮板；

PCR Conductive cap：充电辊导电头；

Drum Spur gear：鼓直齿齿轮；

Drum electrical contact：鼓接地触点；

OPC Drum：OPC鼓芯；

Drum helical Gear：鼓斜齿轮；

Primary Charge Rollers(PCR)：充电辊；

Drum Shutter：硒鼓保护盖板；

Drum Helical Gear Axle：鼓轴固定销；

Cartridge Pin: 固定鼓组件部分和粉仓部分的销子；

Recovery Magnet回收磁铁。
